Our charges are based on TIME SPENT. The initial collected fee will act as a retainer, any unused time at the completion of a new assessment package will be credited for further appointments.
- NEW PATIENT PACKAGE: $1200.00 includes 2 visits: New and follow-up Comprehensive visits up to 90 minutes each.
This involves taking an extensive history, physical assessment, reviewing previous treatment, labs, and documents, a goals assessment, and initial testing and treatment recommendations.
The follow up appointment involves review of ordered tests, interval history, treatment recommendations, informed consent and follow up plan with Q&A.
A comprehensive new assessment also includes complimentary access to the Take Control of your Hormones online course.
- COMPREHENSIVE FOLLOW UP $500.00 includes follow-up for 3 or more diagnoses includes interval history review, lab ordering, lab and test review, comprehensive follow-up visit, medication adjustment and plan management.
Follow up after initial consultation is recommended at between 6 and 8 weeks.
- FOLLOW UP PACKAGES: are available for 6 months at a time, and priced based on complexity
- Payment for services is expected in advance of appointments, at the time of scheduling.
- We require a credit card on file to schedule appointments, order labs or other incidental expenses.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Health Savings Plan cards.
- Pricing for pay as you go follow-up appointments are based on the amount of time and extent of treatment needed. We will make every effort to be transparent about these costs.
- We have an arrangement for cash-pay labs with Labcorp. It is frequently the case that I can get the recommended labs done for you on a cash price basis at a substantial discount even over your insurance copay, but this has to be arranged in advance at the time the order is submitted.
